Ride 4 Pride is back!!!
I’m sure many of you remember my involvement with this ride in years past. I’m excited to announce its return.
This reincarnation of the ride will support a rotation of local LGBTQ+ causes and organizations doing valuable work in our community.
This year we are raising money for the Center for Youth’s LGBTQ+ programming including the Arnett House and the Big Queer Prom. The Arnett House provides services for unhoused queer youth.
I wish we lived in a society that didn’t need safe spaces for LGBT programming and where homelessness was not an issue, much less for vulnerable youth, but we aren’t there yet.
